As you may know, I was mainly raised in the South & marrying a guy from the Midwest and living in Iowa has definitely changed my life. If you could have asked me 12 years ago when I married my husband if I pictured my life this way, I would have said no. I will tell you that I love my life and my family & can not picture it in any different way. God has blessed me & I wouldn't want it to be any different. I have grown, changed and learned many new & different things over the past 12 years and I don't see it changing in the future. This is the life on the Boyce Family Homestead. I would like to share with you part of what life is like on this "mini farm". We currently raise aronia berries, chickens and goats. We aspire to do more on our small acreage.
